Welcome to October, Jordan's premier online fashion marketplace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. October connects buyers and sellers of pre-owned and new clothing, footwear, and accessories across Jordan.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• October reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Sellers must accurately describe items including condition, size, and brand.
• All listed prices must be in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
• Buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate through the platform's contact features.
• October is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers but will mediate when possible.
• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner.

The following are strictly prohibited on October:

• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Stolen or illegally obtained items
• Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Items offensive to public morals or Jordanian law
• Any non-fashion related products

• October offers posting packages that allow sellers to list items for a fee.
• Promotion packages are available to boost item visibility.
• All fees are clearly stated before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and local payment solutions.
• October is not responsible for failed transactions due to third-party payment processors.

• All item photos must be real and accurately represent the product.
• Descriptions must not be misleading or contain false information.
• Spam, promotional content unrelated to items, or repetitive posts are prohibited.
• October reserves the right to remove any content without notice.

October may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Unused posting credits are non-refundable upon account termination.
