To post an item, you need an active account and a valid posting package. Click "Post Item" in the navigation bar, fill in the item details (name, description, price, condition, category), upload clear photos, and submit. Your listing will be live immediately.

لنشر إعلان، تحتاج إلى حساب نشط وباقة نشر صالحة. انقر على "انشر إعلاناً" في شريط التنقل، أدخل تفاصيل المنتج (الاسم، الوصف، السعر، الحالة، الفئة)، وارفع صورًا واضحة، ثم أرسل. سيكون إعلانك مرئيًا فور الإرسال.

Go to the "Packages" section from the navigation bar. Choose a package that suits your needs, click "Get Package", and complete the payment process. Your package credits will be added to your account immediately after a successful payment.

On any item listing page, you will find the seller's contact options including their WhatsApp number if provided. Click the contact button to reach them directly. Always communicate respectfully and arrange a safe meetup if meeting in person.

Go to "My Items", find the item you want to promote, and click the "Promote" button. Choose a promotion package and complete the payment. Promoted items appear at the top of search results, giving your listing maximum visibility.

On an item listing page, click the "Report" button, select the reason for your report, and submit. Our moderation team reviews reports within 48 hours and takes appropriate action on violations.

Contact our support team with subject "Account Deletion Request" including your registered email and username. We process requests within 7 business days. Deletion is permanent and removes all your listings and data.
